BenchMaster Furniture "Lifetime" Limited Warranty

Benchmaster warrants its products, recliner/ottoman and office chairs, to the original purchaser to be free from defect in workmanship and material for "life" with the following exceptions and limitations.

Frame, structural materials, and hardware are covered for "life." Leather and other exterior materials are covered for a period of seven years subject to the following limitations. Damage due to misuse or negligence such as cuts or abrasions, use of inappropriate cleaning products, or failure to use proper leather/wood treatment periodically as recommended in the product care guide are not covered under this warranty (see Product Care Guide). Normal wear items not covered by this warranty: loss of original color (due to light exposure), wear in seating area and armrests, and from excessive weight load.

Benchmaster cushions are warranted for a period of seven years against collapsing but are not covered for "softening," which is a normal wear condition.

This warranty applies only to products sold by authorized Benchmaster dealers and in use in the United States only. Warranty claims and adjustments are made through authorized dealers of Benchmaster products only. No compensation is made to consumer for transportation expense in connection with warranty issues. Product repairs or replacement is at the sole discretion of Benchmaster Furniture, under the specific terms of this warranty only.

Warranty is VOID on Benchmaster products not assembled by an authorized Benchmaster dealer. Verification of purchase may be required in the form of a sales receipt or other document as evidence of purchase, including date purchased, selling dealer, and its address.
